Shipping Policy
All purchase orders received before 11:30am (CST) will be shipped out the same day. After noon orders will be shipped the next business day. Once the package has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Shipping fees:
- Order total between $0.00 and $99.99: Shipping fees: $20.00
- Order total between $100.00 and $499.99: Shipping fees: $35.00
- Order total above $500.00: Free Shipping
Return Policy
Only unopened of unused product may be returned. Items purchased as a full case must be returned as a full case. We do not give partial refunds for case purchases. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will place this RAN on the outside of the box. RAN is valid for 2 weeks only. To request a RAN please contact our customer service at : sales@solia-usa.com or call (773) 754 3271.
Any returns received after the 30 days period will not be eligible for any refunds.
Please Note: Solia do not provide returns label. Return's cost will be upon customer expanse.
Returns must be packaged carefully to survive the trip. Returns arriving in damaged condition will not receive a refund.

Refund Policy
We will refund your credit card the refund amount, within 30 days of receiving your undamaged return.
Exchanges
We regret that we do not provide exchange transactions. Replacements for returned merchandise must be ordered separately.
